Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, share, and protect information from visitors, prospective clients, and the practices we work with.

Last updated: July 14, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how our studio ("we," "us") collects and uses information when you visit our website, submit a form, request a quote, or engage us for a project. This page is maintained by us to answer common privacy questions about our marketing site and client engagements; it is not a certification or legal advice.

2. Information We Collect

  • Information you provide: name, practice name, email, phone, project details, and anything else you send through forms, email, or scheduling tools.
  • Automatically collected: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location — collected via cookies and analytics.
  • Client project data: credentials, brand assets, and content you share with us to deliver services under a signed proposal.

3. How We Use Information

  • Respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and send proposals.
  • Deliver, invoice for, and support the services you engage us for.
  • Improve our website, content, and services.
  • Send occasional updates or newsletters when you opt in.
  • Meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.

4. Protected Health Information (PHI)

This marketing website is not intended to collect Protected Health Information. Please do not submit patient names, medical records, or clinical details through our contact forms. Where a client engagement intentionally handles PHI (patient portals, clinical intake forms), we execute a separate Business Associate Agreement before that functionality goes live.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, email, analytics, scheduling, payment processing, and CRM — and only to the extent needed to perform their function. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions and to measure how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect how the site behaves.

7. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Inquiry data from prospects who don't become clients is periodically pruned.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold — including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and vendor review. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices & Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in the message.

11. Children's Privacy

Our site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted on our site.

13. Contact Us
